Joy Brown brings nearly four decades of experience to the mortgage industry, having started her career in 1980 as a loan processor. Over the years, she advanced through processing and underwriting roles before becoming a loan officer in 2001. Her broad industry background makes her a true expert in mortgage lending.
A consistent top producer, Joy has closed over $500 million in loans. She is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia, earning both Gold and Platinum status multiple times. In recognition of her outstanding performance, she earned the title of Vice President in May 2018.
Joy serves clients throughout the Southeast, specializing in both new construction and resale transactions. She is well-versed in multiple financing options, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and numerous down payment assistance programs. Joy takes pride in making the loan process clear and accessible for every client she works with.
